9yFirst, I would like to apologize that you feel that way and are still compelled to write a review when it has been over 2 years since you have worked with us. Within the last 2 years we have relocated, restructured, hired a new executive team and more importantly learned from our mistakes to create a great place to work. When you worked with us we were still a start-up which of course as with anything new has its kinks along with trail and error.
I appreciate you working with us during that time and am sure it was a mutually beneficial relationship as we both gained experience that has led us both to a better place and situation. I hope you agree that the experience you gained from working with our company has helped you be in the 93.5 percentile in America. I love your enthusiasm for telling other individuals they can do the same. I believe that as well. The problem is that only 6.5 % of Americans are doing it, it may be more difficult than you think. The only thing in this review that I agree with is that not everyone will make it to management. I am thankful that you acknowledged that the potential earnings for an individual here are extremely high. As the owner of the company, I do not wish to hang out with everyone over the holidays (although that one made me laugh). I have a wife and children who might not like that very much. I will put in extra personal time with individuals who want to personally/professionally grow with us. Unlike most careers as the owner of the firm I am committed to helping every individual who walks through the door grow. I hope the future workforce who’s reading this review can see through what has been embellished and recognize us for the company we are today. Congrats on your amazing position, I wish you the best.
