The company culture is great which is hard to find. It’s a start up company so there’s not a lot of employees which give the employee a chance to know everyone.

The company isn’t very transparent about what’s going on with the company. A constant fear of being laid off because of a couple lay offs have taken place.

The company paid a good salary.
