- We got stipend + borrowed devices - Good network, as long as it came from Apple's international team (not the alumni/regional mentor) - Good structure for most learning, support active contributions - Great office, lot of facilities

- The mentor are not equal in supporting their students - They would prioritize students who can "sell" their projects well outside the academy - Not all the mentor have the necessary industry-specific experience, most are there because of referral, not much sense of meritocracy - The "equality" that they've been advocating from the start is just an act

* Supportive mentors * Lots of diversity * Exploration is great

No cons. Was hoping for it to have a real "full-time" experience during my time.
