The manager was supportive and receptive to feedback; the hiring process was not selective. You have a lot of freedom. The manager genuinely wants to help people but seems misguided at times.

Very disorganized; there is no structure or formal education. Daily meetings and are expected to work on holidays. Despite this being an unpaid position, there should be more structure and professionalism shown. There is a lack of support for non-SWE interns, and the manager is ill-informed about the roles of non-SWE positions. At some points, interns are misdirected due to lack of information or given pointless busywork.
