I received an offer to work here and have repeatedly been ghosted while being promised there are engagement opportunities for me to be staffed on. In a time when people are actively looking for job opportunities/career growth, this is incredibly disrespectful to a potential employee's time and efforts and speaks largely to the overall firm's character and culture. =
