Everyone smiles, everyone laughs, we keep the mood generally light but we are dead serious about our work and ensuring our clients are serviced in the highest order. What is especially remarkable after almost two years of service in the Client Services Department is the willingness of others to help - nobody sits around and waits, nobody goes silent when someone asks for assistance - we truly operate as a Team. The camaraderie, the fellowship is strong in the department and that's what keeps even the most challenging times manageable. Advancement, growth, accolades, promotions - it's all there. If you want it. Every single Supervisor or Director at the organization was promoted from within to their leadership roles. It is a growing organization and a loyal organization. Invest in it and it will invest in you. Your advancement is truly up to you - a proper meritocracy. After a decade and a half of working elsewhere, for a handful of companies large and small, IBHS is without a doubt one of the most pleasant and positive work environments I've ever been exposed to.
