What is especially remarkable after almost two years of service in the Client Services Department is the willingness of others to help - nobody sits around and waits, nobody goes silent when someone asks for assistance - we truly operate as a Team. The camaraderie, the fellowship is strong in the department and that's what keeps even the most challenging times manageable. Advancement, growth, accolades, promotions - it's all there. If you want it. Every single Supervisor or Director at the organization was promoted from within to their leadership roles. It is a growing organization and a loyal organization.
