Partner that runs this company is one of the most narcissistic, controlling, gaslighting people I've ever encountered. She will call you stupid to your face, fire you for one mistake, and never give you the true expectations of the job. You will feel humiliated, backed into a corner, and still tasked with not doing enough. Travel is expected and can happen at a moment's notice. I couldn't trust anyone to not go run their mouth to this partner. Saw over three people get fired while I worked there. No benefits, pay is terrible, and there's not a salary in the world that could keep me working under that management team. There was also no HR and the other partner literally made comments about his sex life in front of me.
