1. Nothing like what they said it would be- said some remote work, but there wasn't 2. Long hours - minimum of 10 hours a day 3. You take a test after training and your employment is contingent on your score, but they don't tell you that when you are hired 4. Training didn't cover 1/2 of what was on the test 5. They expect you to use your own computer and phone - they don't provide any of the tools needed for the job 6. The office is a mixed use space, not just ICP so your workspace is awkward and uncomfortable 7. The partner that runs the office is extremely intense and demanding 8. Terrible benefits, vague promise of bonuses
