I started with the company a little over 3 years ago which has been one of the best decision I have made since it has really allowed me to advance in my professional career. I am lucky enough to have started my career here in a junior role because I've gained so much experience and knowledge thanks to this company. I admire our leadership team for their passion and commitment to not only the company overall, but actually caring about the well- being and development of each individual employee. How many people can say that their CEO takes time out of their own day to tackle one on one obstacles with you? I am lucky enough to be one of those people who receives the training and support when needed. I've watched this company grow so much in just a matter of a few years. I’ve been able to advance into a few different roles and take on new and exciting challenges with each role. I also work with an amazing team, it is so great to come to work everyday and actual enjoy what you do and enjoy spending time with the people you work with.

I think that no matter what role you are in, every job has it's challenges. Agency roles can definitely be challenger but also rewarding when you see it through. I think that doing what we do is a tough role anywhere you go, you just have to make sure you are doing it with the right company.
