All three get a five star rating from me. Let me explain. Internal communication is at a level where when something gets missed out on because someone failed to report something is frowned upon. Not because it's such a terrible mistake, but because it happens so rarely. In other words, while I was here, I was very used to things running smoothly, always. I'm not going to explain why internal communication is so important, if you have any experience you know what this means. Client care - this was the best "pro", and when I say client care I mean the level of transparency that's offered to each and ever client, as the whole company image actually. The higher ups don't want to win and profit by misleading, they want to win and profit by offering what they say and advertise they do. There's no back stabbing or anything of the sort, this is why I noted "leadership" s well.

Wish some of my coworkers at the time had the insight to realize how good they're taken care of here but this is not all their fault because this mostly falls down on less experienced people. Those who had been to other companies in their career know what they have here.

I recently left this company for a seemingly better opportunity after three years of having a job here. I'm well situated as I was with this company but I have to say I miss this workplace for a couple of things. This includes the level of communication between clients and organization internally between branches and offices. It's just unprecedented, and I think a part of me wasn't even aware on how high level infinity group is until I left and joined another company some five months ago. Apart from those two things, I always somehow felt fulfilled with my job there. Not to mention the amount of training and introduction I received when I first started. The whole company is just a damn career maker, definitely consider a position here if you get the chance.

I remember that, at times, it would look like the upper management or the CEO are making nonsense changes that directly affect my and my coworker's workplace environment without good reason. I wish they'd communicate this part a bit more and in advance. However in most cases it turned out to be nothing but good decision making that we as employees only needed to wait and see. Still, sometimes you'd feel left out.
