No respect for employees. And every information give last night.

Colleagues are good other than that nothing pro here

1.Salary date is supposed to be the 7th, but it’s often delayed to the 10th, 14th, or even 15th. 2.No proper full and final settlement process — already three cases filed against the company for not paying salaries. 3.No proper PF management — if you don’t ask, they deduct it from your salary but neither deposit it in your PF account nor return it. 4.No actual client projects — they're building their own products without a clear idea, only focused on selling something quickly to make money. 5.Expected to work on Sundays too — alternate Saturday off is just for namesake, in reality, you work all Saturdays and Sundays. 6.No proper PF statements, no Form 16 — and at the time of resignation, they don’t pay the last month’s salary, which is why cases are ongoing in labour court. 7.They send warning mails even for a first-time leave or bug issue, threatening termination — just to collect reasons for holding salaries. 8.They push to sell products even while they’re still in development, full of bugs — no proper testing — but management treats the testing team as the best. It’s unclear who would buy such an incomplete product.
