Infinity Nation have been a very organised and structured company to work for. Upon joining I had a clear plan in place for my role and development moving forwards, with regular check ins and clear goals to reach. There are a lot of processes in place which make it easier for a new starter to get their feet under the table.

An area that can be improved, and has been addressed since I arrived, is the reporting that is given to clients.

Working at Infinity Nation was completely formative for me. It is an amazing company, with a fantastic team that all care about what they do and the clients they do it for + Trust & Investment in Staff + Great Working Atmosphere + Knowledgeable & Friendly Team I think the main positive about working at Infinity Nation is that there was a genuine care about the people that work there from the top down. Everyone looks out for everyone and wants the best for the team. There's no falseness to the culture, just a great bunch of genuine people

While I was there the office location was a potential issue (although believe that has now changed)
