It seems like while other sales companies are out-sourcing or downsizing Infinity keeps growing exponentially. I started here as a sales agent about 2.5 years ago and made the decision to maximize every opportunity I had. Through dedication and hard work I was able to make a considerable amount of money and quickly move up through the ranks (Infinity only promotes from within). As a manager I can honestly say that this company is not for everyone. This is not a "punch the clock" type of job where you can expect to make money by socializing and messing around. It's high-intensity and high reward: some people just need a different kind of career.
