My experience at Infinity Labs has been extremely disappointing, largely because of the HR department. HR here consistently fails to represent employees and instead acts almost entirely in favor of management. They rarely take the employee’s side, even in situations where the issue is genuine, valid, and clearly requires support. This creates a workplace where employees feel unheard, unprotected, and undervalued. The HR policies are rigid, poorly designed, and heavily tilted towards management convenience rather than employee benefit. Instead of being a neutral and supportive function, HR operates more like an extension of management, offering little transparency and even less empathy. Employee concerns are often brushed aside, delayed, or dismissed without meaningful action. While management is profit-focused, the biggest gap is HR’s unwillingness to stand up for employees or ensure fair treatment. Their lack of accountability and reluctance to address issues directly contributes to a stressful and demotivating work culture. Until Infinity Labs overhauls its HR approach — prioritizing employee welfare, fair policies, and impartial decision-making — the workplace environment will continue to suffer and talented people will continue to leave.

All employee concerns are reviewed through established processes, and decisions are made after due evaluation and consultation where required. We continuously review and refine our HR practices to strengthen transparency, communication, and employee experience.
