Vantaggi

Near fox bros BBQ? Can't think of any positives. Oh wait! They are really good at marketing themselves. So good that they post fake reviews on this site and they get old negative reviews deleted. My last review got deleted. Hopefully this one stays.

Svantaggi

Way under market pay. Expected to work 70-80 hr weeks. They sell this through a "team" culture and by reminding us all how much we are "helping" people. We sell stupid ads. The so called "freedom leave" has hard limits. It was just a change to clear employees accumulated PTO off the books. When they announced it to us they literally said "This will let us clear a great load off our books." A great load indeed. They have way too many managers to actual engineers. Managers who don't know anything about programming who think they do. Getting the C-level suite to try to implement a simple clone of twitter is the same proposition as giving a million monkeys keyboards and waiting for them to write out Shakespeare. Never going to happen. A single real engineer could knock a basic clone out in half a day easy. They also go out of their way to tie engineering hands and trip them up. In short, if you are an engineer this job will make you angry and let your skills rot. All while overworking and underpaying you.

We regret to hear that your experience working at Influence Health has been so poor. Contrary to what your experience has led you to believe, we do value feedback from our employees and are working hard to incorporate employees' suggestions to continuously make Influence Health a better place to work. This includes feedback received via Glassdoor, an independent site that does not allow employers to edit, modify, or delete reviews. For more information on Glassdoor's policies, please see the FAQ page located at https://www.glassdoor.com/employers/start/common-questions.htm. Regarding your work schedule concerns, most employees are very favorable regarding our unlimited time-off policy, which has no pre-set limits. As stated in the policy, it is up to each manager and employee to collaborate regarding time-off requests to accommodate employees whenever possible, while still ensuring the team and work do not suffer. If you feel your manager is operating outside the framework of the policy, we would encourage you to speak confidentially with HR so that your specific concerns can be researched and addressed.

Svantaggi

Company had a great vision last year and was finally on track to do well! This past year, not so much....there was an reorganization of the Services team that was decided by some folks in upper management which hasn't been working out. Really bad morale especially when they flag you as being unproductive for working 40 hours/week; expectation is to work at least 50 hours/week. No wonder so many are under water with their accounts. If you criticize or complain at all, you are viewed weak and toxic to the team! Leadership has no empathy for those working their butts off! You are told everyone is dispensable and that they have resumes stacked a mile long to replace you! The internal communication is poor! No transparency between departments and you scramble to figure out who to ask what for any information! The leadership, especially the COO comes up with these grandiose ideas, expects people beneath him to execute but he never follows thru! It's like watching a clutch of chickens running around with their heads cut off all the while he's patting HIMSELF on the back! Great people are leaving that ARE hard to replace and believe this is just the start of a domino effect!

Thank you for taking the time to share your perspectives on what it was like for you to work at Influence Health. We are incredibly disappointed that this was how you experienced your time working with us because if there is ANYTHING we know to be true as a company, it is that our people are our greatest asset. Our latest customer satisfaction survey (NPS) reflects this. Not only did we receive the highest aggregate score we've ever received, but 44% of our customers actually took the time to write positive comments about our people and the level of service they receive from us. Obviously, it is critical to our success that each and every one of our high-performing employees feels appreciated and inspired to do their best work. This is why we have worked hard to create a results-oriented culture. To us, this means our employees operate with the mindset that they are personally accountable for meeting commitments, empowered to make decisions and suggestions, and also enjoy the freedom and flexibility to alter their schedule and take time off when needed, without preset limits. Some weeks this means working 50 hours; some weeks it means working 32. We've even gone so far as to offer every employee a 30-day paid sabbatical every five years to encourage a healthy work-life balance. Yes, there is a lot of change at Influence Health as we pride ourselves on being nimble and responsive to the rapidly changing healthcare market we serve, but we genuinely believe we offer a very highly competitive working environment for people who want to be part of a winning team that is making a real difference in healthcare. It is our sincere hope that you have gone on to find the right fit for you. Be well!
