They call it a family, yes they live like a big family where not everyone is equal some a close relatives, some are distant relatives. Only bootlickers get good increament. 4. Job role - they lie to lot of people, they will hire you for development role and make you do manual testing for years , saying you will get dev role in upcoming months 5. If you work in internal project of company - your learning will be less than a manual tester, they give code access to very few people, everyone are just using to app to make demo for clients.
