To provide clarity on the rest of your review, the sales process is intentionally structured, performance is tracked closely to ensure success, and support is built in, including when a team member may be off track. Performance plans are intended to be a way to reset expectations and provide direction to help employees realign with their goals. Compensation and targets are also reviewed regularly against role expectations and market conditions.
