You might be told it’s “performance-based,” but good luck figuring out what that means when you talked to the manager who fired you twice in 6 weeks. A revolving door of hires and terminations. After discussing with others, it’s clear this isn’t an isolated incident—it’s a pattern. Final Verdict: This company doesn’t hire employees. It cycles through them. If you value job security, structured onboarding, or an employer that actually stands behind its hiring decisions, look elsewhere. This place is a waste of your time.
