They do their best to pay less. They send you as a contractor for X/hour but what you get is less than 40% of X/hr. They, every now and then, "forget to add" few hours to your paystub. They don't always pay in time (usually 2-3 days late) and they don't give you your paystub for almost a month unless you email them and ask for you every time you get paid. Also, if an employee tries to speak up or leave, they threaten to take them to court or end their contract with clients without prior notice and compensation.
