Competitive pay, good team, management is really nice.

A great company to work, not many cons except if you are stuck in a client that is not nice.

As a small company, you get the change to work on many difference projects and take a lot of responsibility. You get to work closely with the founders, who are very experienced and seasoned professionals. They are vey well connected in Southern California.

Company has got a good hit during covid due to many consulting clients going away. Each client that left was a pain to the company sustainability. We got pay cuts and many were laid-off. It's difficult to implement processes given the constant push from the leadership to achieve more.
