None really. In agency recruiting, you eat what you kill. The role is Very sales-oriented which may not suite everyone. Some people thrive off of a fast-pace environment, other's may not.

Infotech is a fantastic company to work for. There are many people who work here that have been with the company ever since they graduated college - first job out of school. If you are a good recruiter, there's no better place to work for in the tri state area. Most successful recruiters who work here wouldn't leave to go to another recruiting firm as production is rewarded. Commission structure is very competitive. They have locations in both NY and NJ and are consistently growing. They have survived many downfalls in the economy and are still standing strong which is difficult in this industry. They have an easy going, yet competitive environment. They've been in business for 20 years now and have all the top clients in the financial sector. The training is top notch and from what I've heard from friends in the industry, most firms give you a phone and a computer without much guidance. At Infotech, it's completely opposite. They value their employees and give you all the tools to succeed.

Recruiting is not cut out for everyone but if it's right for you, I cannot see anything negative about working for Infotech. Recruiting in general is a tough road initially but they will do their best to pave the road for you.
