      The long standing people but new leadership keeps firing them and not replacing as a way to offset their loses.

      The new CEO is even worse than the previous ones. The entire leadership team doesn’t know the market and doesn’t care. They are out to make their pockets bigger while bringing in their friends to enjoy the ride. It’s been like this at Infobase since 2020 by the way.

      Decent pay and benefits. Remote first company.

      Svantaggi

      High standards with little training or clear expectations of performance. Lots of yelling, swearing, etc. overall toxic environment.
