Really can’t think of any

You may think I am a disgruntled former employee but actually best thing that happened was getting laid off with the other some 100’s or so other people since 2023. Found an employer who actually learned something insuring their time running and studying business which is to treat people with dignity and respect and not lie and throw away good employee. Read the percentage given to the CEO and ask yourself if you still want to work here someday. We were told after the first round of layoffs there wouldn’t be any more and 3 followed. This company couldn’t be better at coining the phrase “At Will”. If they are still getting these kind of reviews almost 2 years later watch out your number could still be up any given day. When I say don’t come here and run I mean run fast. If you don’t believe me be sure to ask in your interview what employee retention and layoffs are like at Infobase. See if they tell you the truth the CEO has no regard for employees. Even the HR Director quit at the time and a senior executive was offered a promotion and turned it down to get out of there. Sad, was promoted as a good company and the new CEO hired in Feb. 2023 has run it into the ground. Ask in your interview how many people have been let go since February 2023 when it started then think twice before you make a mistake with your career at this dreadful company.

The team is very helpful in assisting you with any problems, and the managers are very attentive in keeping the way clear for your work to proceed as smoothly as possible. The salary is very good despite there being no benefits such as food vouchers, profit sharing, etc. I don't see myself leaving this company for a good while.

There is no well-defined career plan, which makes me question what my next step within the company would be.
