High level of policing, which is very surprising. They still call themselves startup when that phase is already gone. Lot of Micro management and very unstructured positions, it is understanding that certain level of this is manageable, but when they have no idea where to put you and you changed positions several times in a months seems something is nor working properly, they decide what is better for the company, but not for you and they are pushy in that matter. New location (building-offices) is very nice, but if you are not up for a move out of Zagreb can be a struggle since the location is isolated and nobody talks about that, they just refer as Pula and not Vodnjan, and they try to push employees to go for the new location, specially the new ones. Training was ok, but nothing new and all you can find over the internet but the experience we a bit akward when they say is a big global company making millions of income, not seems that's way or they do not care much about employees. Also looks strange that most of the comments do not find any con, seems employees are required to post without mention any flaw about the company, companies are not perfect and there is always a cons, otherwise they will be perfect.
