Middle management is a horror, the manager could change decisions of team's work every week and it's extremely incompetent, no sense of where to go. Firing a lot of employees and creating the conditions for people to leave on their own, and freezing of wage growth in the last year and hiring interns on their position is a path to degradation from perspective of products/solutions and decrease of job security. Toxic atmosphere due to decisions that most people don't like such time tracking, throwing from project to project without being able to figure out, returning to the office when team members work in different offices makes no sense at all, low wages. Lack of diversity, the company tries to become only with Croatian employees. This is just the tip of the iceberg.
