--There is a bond of 2 or 3 years for every employee, no one will interest to work here for long term. -- If you want salary hike you should sign one more year bond otherwise no hike. --If you come late by 3 days will give warning and for 4 days late one leave penalty, After that one leave penalty for every late. --The will calculate in-between logout also, and we should spend 9 hr 15 min inside office. --They are not following any project implementation methods. --No professional career growth. --They having good number of products but no customer ready to take it. All are quality less products. -- They are not having proper requirement analysis. They will spent money on useless requirements. -- worst managers ever seen. -- working here is mental torture for developers. -- No proper HR Management. -- 3 months notice period may be it extends depends on situation. -- Recommended only for fresher.

They are many cons in this company 1) Most of the companies occupied by snr what everr they do and they say is final 2) No scope for the people 3) Need to sign the bond for every thing ( joining : 2 to 3 yrs , Appriasal : 6 months) if you break the bond even in emeregency they wil charge around 1 lakh 4) Notice period is 90 days ( For day reliving early they will charge money ) 5) Leads are very worst , Leads are taking money from job seekers and even management is aware of it but they dont take any action 6) canteen will be closed from morning to evening only in lunch will open for lunch 7) if you spend more time in washroom HR will send office boys to get out of washroom and will issue memo for wasting time
