Everything is changed and done for the benefit of the company. > If you are at client location then your condition is even miserable. There is no one to listen to you. > If you are on bench then you may loose your job any time. > HR are just for the namesake. > Maximum projects at client location and the way clients treat you is worse then the maid working in your house because of Infogain tag. > Worst managers, they are just money makers. and the list can go on. So join it only if you don't have any other thing in hand.
