Vantaggi

Pretty office and breakfast on fridays.

Svantaggi

-The alleged "good salary" its only bad when you see all the reductions and your pay end up being a very basic salary(this company in regions outside USA they do outsourcing and/or they do taxes on other company names.) -Very toxic Work Environment -Micro-management every step of the way, you even needed to do reports of your daily work by hour! -Toxic boss from Canada and USA that only needed to get the job done, no matter how many rules you need to break in order to keep the customer happy. -Do not work there, at the long term you will get nowhere within this company, which i unfortunately invested more than 6 years of my life -More than half USA team runaway from such poor management -Higher ranks from the USA came to our regional office, and they clearly stated: "There is no way and no plans to create new team leads at this time (not even for some veteran ones of 20 years working at the company) -My first boss was fired without a valid reason, people will only tell us that my boss decided to go because of a "health issue". After this, the cat below my boss(2nd in command) came up to be a boss, and needless to say was the worst Boss ever(No management skills, micro-management of all the team, always denigrating the team in front of customers and other teams) -Higher ranks always protected him cause he was very well connected with the higher bosses (kissing *ss all the time) -All my team in my region were fired, only 2 *ss-kissing boss and connections with boss stayed -the very Last year i stayed there, the Cat now being boss had an old grudge on me, where he was always angry at me because he didn´t wanted me on the team since the very beginning(which i didn't know about it, until 2 months before i quit) -The cat boss on a meeting told me At my face that : "he didn't wanted to hire me in the first place" and that my first boss hired me going against "his advice" -I didn't sued them because i was forced to signed an NDA for years!

Vantaggi

I like working at Infor. I’ve been here for roughly five years. I enjoy the work, believe in the product, and genuinely like the people I work with and for.

Svantaggi

There has recently been a very strong “AI-first” push across the company. To be clear, I understand the value. AI absolutely can streamline operations and free people up to focus on higher-value work. Used correctly, it’s useful. The problem is that there does not appear to be a clear or consistently enforced policy around what constitutes appropriate use versus misuse or outright abuse. There should be better guidance around where AI helps productivity, where it introduces risk (especially around company information being entered into public tools), and where the line is between use and replacement of basic job responsibilities. For example, I recently had a coworker explain that they created AI automation to read and manage their emails so they rarely have to review or respond themselves, while acknowledging things are likely missed. The same person records meetings for transcripts, leaves their laptop during the call, then relies on AI afterward to summarize what happened. At a certain point, it raises a legitimate question: are we using AI to improve productivity, or are we using it to avoid participating in the job altogether? Right now, reactions internally seem split. Some employees view this as a serious abuse of the technology, while others appear fully on board with it. That disconnect alone suggests the company needs clearer expectations and policy guidance. AI should support human judgment and critical thinking. Not eliminate the need for employees to engage in their work entirely. And how does the company determine when that is being done?
