Vantaggi

Absolutely non. They give you and iPhone & iPad, and sometimes they even pay their cable bill and the tv's in the office actually work!

Svantaggi

Where do I begin? The company has a history of not paying it's bills. Check the reviews for NDN, since that is the previous name. They bounced payments to publishers, which is hysterical because they pay their publishers 120 days after the month ends. The management team is either inept or mentally handicapped, but either way you should not work here if you want to learn about the industry. They offer a rev share to publishers and content creators, and have decided they should take the lions share of the revenue, which upset publishers who drive the revenue.

Vantaggi

The NYC office was in a great location and there were free snacks before they shut the office down completely and let everyone go. Everyone that has been let go from the company has gone on to much better companies, positions, and are leading happier lives and are genuinely grateful for having been let go so they could move on to better opportunities. Most people stay because there's not much to do.

Svantaggi

Leadership was terrible. Members of leadership are married which proves to be quite the dramatic scenario. One Senior Leader takes many "sabbaticals" when enough people and clients complain about her but she always comes back for more because of a family investment when the company was first starting. The company has had so many barriers from the top down that people coming in were often lied to in the interview process just to get them to accept an offer. A number of failed acquisitions always lead to rounds of lay offs in the latter or early part of each year. In February of 2016 out of a 13 person office about 5 people were let go without notice. A former Senior Leader took a vacation and never returned because the entire job became just firing people. I won't even get started on the actual product...the team knows what they are and they are not selling to their clients.
