Health insurance is covered in full. The core business model is excellent although ignored by management. Some of the staff are fun to work with.

Company is a mess. Nobody listens to the customers. CEO has the company focused on products that the customers don't want. The company attempted to strong arm some of its top partners which backfired and cost them significant revenue. The leadership of the company continues to make bad choice after bad choice and does not listen to advice when given. The company has burned through its cash reserves and is running on fumes but seems to be ignoring that this is the case.

The NYC office was in a great location and there were free snacks before they shut the office down completely and let everyone go. Everyone that has been let go from the company has gone on to much better companies, positions, and are leading happier lives and are genuinely grateful for having been let go so they could move on to better opportunities. Most people stay because there's not much to do.

Leadership was terrible. Members of leadership are married which proves to be quite the dramatic scenario. One Senior Leader takes many "sabbaticals" when enough people and clients complain about her but she always comes back for more because of a family investment when the company was first starting. The company has had so many barriers from the top down that people coming in were often lied to in the interview process just to get them to accept an offer. A number of failed acquisitions always lead to rounds of lay offs in the latter or early part of each year. In February of 2016 out of a 13 person office about 5 people were let go without notice. A former Senior Leader took a vacation and never returned because the entire job became just firing people. I won't even get started on the actual product...the team knows what they are and they are not selling to their clients.
