Great benefits, salary, co-workers, and supportive management. The owner always made sure his employees put themselves and family first. I was always encouraged to better myself and learn new skills.

There really weren't a lot of cons except for having to deal with our clients and their demanding needs as times. It could be like babysitting or holding their hands.

Above market salary but there's not job security. Work from home set up and work life balance is observed. No OTs required and day shift

We were hired and said that after 6 months we will be regularized. After 6 months the management changed to project based employees only for new hires. our contract being renewed every month and you have to be able to reach weekly quotas to be able to stay in the company. There are few campaigns available so they have to lay off most of their lead gen employees. No holiday pay and only HMO as their benefits. Bonuses are low to none
