Engagement from upper management (C level) to introduce themselves to new starters and give over view of company strategic goals. Engagement from MD level to listen to the sales teams' challenges and address such challenges to drive more revenue.

Like with any big organisation there are processes that seem unnecessary slowing things down. Lack of communication between different teams (sales/client services/billing) that can lead to unnecessary issues. On boarding needs improving. Can sometimes seem a bias of investment in other products within the portfolio (that I don't sell).
