We are sorry that you feel so about the HR meetings and I am concerned about your comments. Let me explain the idea of the HR meetings. Our goal is to have an open chat and address common concerns that exist as a team. We are also conducting 1:1 meetings, as not everyone would open up given the team set up and those 1:1 sessions are in progress. We have covered more than 50% of the population through 1:1's alone. These meetings are detailed and take time. Apparently, your turn hasn't yet come so look out for it so that you may share your thoughts in greater detail.
