Thank you for sharing your impressions of Informatica. We believe our managers, particularly our senior leadership team, have been very open and honest with our employees. Our CEO conducts quarterly all-hands meetings to share the latest news and actively encourages questions from the employees. Our Life@ intranet has a stream of up-to-date articles about what is happening at the Company and also encourages feedback. Much of this transparency is reflected in the 95% approval rating given to our CEO by Glassdoor reviewers, as well as the overall 4+ star rating of the Company.
