One thing we can assure you is that a lot of thought and planning went into making sure that we will continue to attract great talent, as well as retain people in roles where we all can achieve the ambitious goals we have set for ourselves. While a lot is changing here, some things are not. Our values will remain the same. Our customer-first culture will stay the same. And our collaborative, friendly environment will remain the same. These are the traits that make Informatica special.
The decisions we took on certain locations were made with our customers in mind. There are some markets where our partners have the breadth and local resources to support our customers very well.
Informatica has historically been – and continues to be – passionately focused on the success of our customers. That is one reason why we have been recognized as #1 in customer service for 9 years’ running and intend to keep that record going.
