The organization lacked proper structure and workflow, which made day-to-day tasks chaotic and inefficient no overtime compensation. One of the most concerning issues was the lack of fairness in salary distribution. In some cases, 2 employee in same position and experience take different salaries, which clearly reflected the absence of a fair compensation structure.
