Very good work environment and located inside a Tech Park with excellent infrastructure. Pay is good but selection is difficult

The interviews are too tough. They conduct AI based assessments for Recruiters and BD and rigorous questions are asked.

The main founder & CEO has been a great source of inspiration for all of us. Informica believed in their workforce and their training so much that people who have been in the organization for about 6 months were given the responsibility to manage clients. The overall organizational engagement is very high.

Few to mention - 1. Timings ( Calls after log out ) - 2. Weekend interventions ( Sometimes short calls are arranged during weekends). Quite ok for a start up
