Family orientated and friendly management

Funds comes very slowly sometimes

Close to home, very casual atmosphere.

This company struggled with the Richmond location from the beginning. Within 6 months there were multiple layoffs going from about 30 employees to 5. The supervisor and manager were even let go, which was a very bad sign. Finally we were called into a conference room and told by one of the owners in Chicago that they were closing our location effective immediately. From a business point of view we understood the decision but since we were told we would be receiving vacation pay for unused days we expected that to happen but it didn't. None of the owners I reached out to by phone or e-mail responded at all, like we didn't even exist. After filing for unemployment I learned that the company never reported our wages to the state of Virginia. Very disappointing experience. Should have known there was an ulterior motive for encouraging us to use sick time instead of vacation.......
