Due to the high turnover rate and everyone are new, there are no senior who can advise new employee when they are new. New employees have to learn own their own and make some errors. Then, they will be yelled by President with abusive language and learn from their errors. Although there are a lot of growth opportunities on duties/job title, it does not reflect on job pay. There is no job security at US branch. The President will fire anyone at any time using the excuse of the bad sales performance even though the employee is not working in sales department.
