1) Sharing Office with Temasek 2) Everything is Controlled by Temasek 3) Current TS Management Don't Respect Temasek, making our life very difficult 4) New CEO have no management skills, live in own world, never talk to people who work for the company. Everyday busy filming videos, arrange 1-1 with all seniors but no output. Not able to handle Town Hall properly, was having Echo at the back when he speak through the Mic. Shame to tell people that he is managing an IT company. 5) Hired his own people from ex company, then convert his own people very quickly without reviewing his and her work performance. No people respect the way he did. 6) because he live in his own world everything filming videos, I almost forget about how he looks like or sometimes I don't even know that there's such person or CEO exists in this company, because he never come and say Hi to his people since the first day he joined end of last year. 7) Those new faces hired or newly joined, having bad attitude, arrogant, bossy, think they themselves are great, they think they can change the company and the customers, but too bad. They will find out when they get hit hardly by Temasek. 8) Those new faces haven't taste the nastiness from the big client yet, till they find out one day. 9) the New CEO wants to double the revenue of the company, but no capability of doing so. What a shame! Went outside to look for business but no one offering him an opportunity. 10) Always dare enough to decline Temasek meetings, or absent the most critical meetings, making himself look like he is busier than Temasek management. Till one day when he realise how important is Temasek, then he will have to kneel his knees down and beg them. 11) The Current Management, with all the Seniors VPs, VPs and AVPs, please look yourself through the mirror, don't act bossy, don't instruct your colleagues in an unpleasant way when you want them to help you. 12) Processes keep changing, no proper structure, no one taking ownership, everybody pushing around, especially the new faces taking advantage on the old faces staffs, giving excuses that you guys know more than us, you go ahead and do first then let me review. 13) Turn over rate is Super high here, this is the highest turnover rate company that I've ever seen or joined. The old batches of finance, HR, and rest already left, then came with new group of people, but noticing that these new people are not doing what they are supposed to do. Many processes or things they did not do properly now. Very disappointing and frustrating with them. 14) There are many more cons about this company...so people, think wisely if you want to join this company, but wait. I don't think you get a chance of joining this company, as the current CEO and the management are just keep hiring their friends only, unless you are one of their Friend then yes, you will the chance to hired by them.
