it has good new hire policy and is a great way to break into the field. their training is top notch. I had a 3 month, expense covered, paid, training in Indiana and learned a lot.

it's only as good as the project you are put on. if your project stinks, you're stuck. they don't treat you better if you stay long. if anything, bonuses dry up and they lose track of you.
