Vantaggi

Salary, autonomy, great clients, get to work at client office (which is ideal)

Svantaggi

Poor management, no recognition for those who actually do that work and make the sales; just upper management. I worked on an RFP where my team and I worked tirelessly for months on closing the deal, only to be rewarded by new management taking all the credit when they did NOTHING. They only want their friends to succeed, regardless if they are worth anything or not. No room for growth. They want you to stay where you are while they uplift their own people.
