Vantaggi

Good training with world class facilities for non CS guys. Many recreation facilities available.

Svantaggi

Once you reach production, 90% chances are there that you will find your previous 6 months rigorous training was just a waste of time. Too much pressure during training days. Long bench period. Useless projects with no learning. Stupid mandatory 9.25 work hours even if you are on bench, or you finish your job early. Low salary to start with. 1 year of probation period after 6 months of training, and best part of it- No hikes at all till you get confirmed. Less inhand salary because of 100s of variables associated. Low hikes- No hikes in 2012..haha. Rare onsite. No personal touch at all from senior management.
