Senior Management are roll up guys , they have no new thought , they will control you all the way , specially people who have spent more than 10 years in the company , sales leadership is pathetic . Lot of dead wood in the company specially in the Communications & media practice , avoid that practice , the whole crew is a junk and thats why their performance is going down every qtr
