Vantaggi

Some of the manager's can be really nice and sensitive your personal issues. Because it used to make profit for a long time, sometimes the perks can be good. Friendly atmosphere exists between employees at different levels of hierarchy.

Svantaggi

This is PURE IT Consulting firm trying to create a creamy layer on top of low-cost country sourcing. Most of the project involves getting advice from customers and executing them in stead of consulting them. The majority of managers from India understand very little about how business is conducted in US and focus mostly on IT. Internal processes can be extremely cumbersome. Folks in B'lore are extremely bureaucratic and take majority of the decision.
