Vantaggi

-Nice, new office space (Indianapolis hub) -Training was a great experience to learn and form relationships with coworkers -You will never be fired no matter how you work or how long you are on the bench

Svantaggi

-Managers are not good people managers. They offer little support and there is no opportunity for career growth. They don't recognize hard work and promotions/bonuses are not merit based. -Hub leadership made lots of promises that they didn't follow through with (specifically around career growth and project opportunities) -Good projects are few and far in between and there is a high chance you will be oversold to the client or stuck on a testing/IT help desk project with no end in sight. -Basic services necessary to do your job (like working internet and reimbursement) are inconsistent.
