Vantaggi

May be put in any type of role regardless of experience, so there is some opportunity for learning. Training is pretty good if you can handle being in India for 8 months. May sit on bench for up to year and get paid.

Svantaggi

Promotions are in no way merit based but based on time with company. Highly unprofessional working atmosphere. Managers will lie to get you to do what they want. Employees are expected to put in 10+ hours and work weekends on a regular basis. Onsite recruits are seen as inferior and will not receive merit for their work. No bonuses. No 401k matching.
