Vantaggi

Long term projects. Job security.

Svantaggi

Primary reason for cons are the management. Onsite manager does not care about anyone. only thing he cares is buttering his boss so that he can secure his place even company loses all business. Offshore manager only cares about billing because he being a non-billable always in a risky position. No hike and promotion for years. Still has same "they are doing the resources a favor" mindset. Big daddy's will give lecture about new technology, cross training but when a resource ask to change the project or technology they never finds a replacement for 2 years.
