Facilities on campus especially Mysore campus Fun events Employee Care Center Amazing infrastructure...especially some buildings Team members (atleast my current team)

Way too much emphasis on the infrastructure than people. Poor Managers - Ones who believe only in delegation, irrespective of the item being on their KPI HR policies which are not employee friendly Onsite options with little or no saving options Red tape filled grievance forums! And Worst....Hiring laterals with much lesser experience at 2 times the cost, under the viel of supply and demand story! In a market like this, to give such an excuse is a total JOKE!
